Last week, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos warned that the global economy battles a downturn and faces the possibility of a recession in 2023. To understand the probability of a recession, a summary of economy forecasts across different researches will be presented. In fact, during the recessions of 1980, 1990, and 2000, 9% of companies thrived, outperforming their competitors in sales and profit growth by at least 10%. We will share how successful executives should prepare for a potential recession and what to do when they fall into it.
