Vincent’s area of practice involves corporate/commercial and corporate finance in Hong Kong as well as PRC-related commercial transactions which include: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance matters, corporate restructuring, public offerings, private placement of securities and resumption of trading.
